1. Scope and acceptance

1.1

This policy governs your access to and use of casecloud.co (the "Website"), whether as a guest or (if enabled) a registered user.

By using the Website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Relationship to the CaseCloud service

2.1

The Website provides general information about CaseCloud and may include plan summaries, documentation, downloads, and contact mechanisms.

2.2

Use of the CaseCloud SaaS platform (the "Service") is governed by separate terms (for example CaseCloud Terms of Service and applicable call-off contracts, orders, SLAs, and data processing terms). Those documents apply when you access or use the Service.

2.3

If there is any inconsistency between Website content (including /plans) and contractual Service documents, the Service documents prevail for the Service. This policy continues to govern use of the Website.

3. Access to the Website

3.1

We grant you a limited right to access and use the Website for lawful purposes.

3.2

We may change, suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Website (or any part of it) at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

4. Accounts and security (if enabled)

4.1

If we provide login areas on the Website, you must keep credentials confidential and not share them.

4.2

We may disable credentials or restrict access where we reasonably believe:

  • security has been compromised;
  • credentials are being misused; or
  • this policy has been breached.

  • post promotional links or solicitations unless we have expressly permitted it.

5.5 Attack or compromise the Website

  • introduce malware (including viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware) or exploit code;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Website, servers, or connected systems;
  • probe, scan, test, or reverse engineer security controls without written permission;
  • perform denial-of-service attacks or interfere with availability or performance;
  • scrape or harvest data at scale, or bypass rate limits or access restrictions.

5.6 Commercial misuse of Website materials
